This role will be a User Experience Researcher reporting to the Head of Product.
What does the role look like?
Your role will be tackling challenges to gain deeper insights into how we can better improve the experience of our users as they interact within Whop and with our creators Whops. We currently have over 500K monthly active users, we want them to have an amazing experience on Whop finding, purchasing and interacting inside courses, communities, apps and more - you will play a huge role in enabling that.
You will drive the implementation of qualitative and quantitative methods to accomplish our goals including surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests, and 1:1 interviews. This is the first UX research role at Whop, it's going to be critical in helping us hit hockey stick growth and ultimately will be a very rewarding and exciting role for someone looking to bring their experience to a high growth startup.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of UX Research experience (or similar relevant experience / education)
- Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.)
- Experience analyzing consumer web products
